Geos Posted May 15, 2013 Share Posted May 15, 2013 That was an interesting event to watch last night. Similarly another cell did the same thing near the IL border. Not entirely a heat burst since there was some marine influence before the cell moved in, but temperatures rose from the low 60s° to 79° in about 2 hours as cells cleared the area.
