Thunder Road
Getting some occasional thunder here form the cell over far southeastern Bucks. Sky looks dark in that direction too but so far no rain and still sunny here.
Scott W
Very heavy rainfall here in Wilmington. No lightning whatsoever. Decent wind making the use of umbrellas....well...useless. More coming from the south and it looks to be getting better organized.
SouthernNJ
The segment in New Castle county entering Western Cumberland and Salem counties has potential to turn severe with damaging wind gusts if it strengthens further. It will move north toward Philly and Delco.
MGorse
Hmm, am actually surprised about the tornado watch. I would have thought a severe thunderstorm watch instead. I see the rotation overall as the MCV lifts northeast, but figured the main threat would be locally damaging straight line winds.
chubbs
One cell after the other here. A few close CG but heavy rain is main story.
LMolineuxLM1
I am concerned this is a one round deal unless much more will form really quick and make a run at us.
MGorse
I am concerned this is a one round deal unless much more will form really quick and make a run at us. Kind of wondering the same thing. I noticed LWX already cancelled part of the tornado watch for their area.

Voyager
Just had a non lightning producing downpour here with a 5 inch/hour rate. Half inch in the gauge after only about 10 minutes of rainfall.
NaoPos
florida'ish.... not very exciting. Really lacking dry air aloft to get anything really good going with the discrete stuff that formed. that line in de should be it for those in Extreme SEPA as the MCV moves closer and over top of us. SouthernNJ
So far, an ugly convective mode has led to no severe warnings today. The area I am looking at now is crossing the Delaware Bay into SE NJ. Perhaps some boundaries could cause something interesting to happen.

Thunder Road
Yep, a downpour with no lightning here. Very unimpressive event in Collegeville thus far. Got some heavy rain, but not much lightning or anything else. Ditto. 0.22" on the Davis, maybe 30-35 mph gusts, one muffled rumble of thunder. I've gotten so spoiled by spending parts of the last five Junes in the Plains. Seriously, you should all do it at least once before you die. Screw tornadoes. Just experience what a real severe thunderstorm is like.
Voyager
Very unimpressive event in Collegeville Tamaqua thus far. Got some heavy rain, but not much no lightning or anything else. With a few minor corrections, I can make this same statement...
dryslotted
Man, we got smashed with the heaviest downpours I've seen in a while. One flash of lightning, a few rumbles of thunder, no wind at all, but holy hell did the skies open...
