It's amazing how irritating he can still be with only 5 posts a day. At least he is provided daily evidence of why he should never be taken off of the 5 post limit. I'm not sure of that based on radar estimates and dobbins afb reports I'm right below 2" I think. It been a steady moderate rain for much of the time. Nothing extremely heavy just constant.
