CandymanColumbusGA
Here's a look at all the UNofficial record lows this morning. BRRR.... Here's the website: http://coolwx.com/record/ It's time sensitive, but you can see how close you may have come to breaking the low. The attached image may have missed out on a few records, but you get the general idea.

Cold Rain
Anyone in central/eastern NC, whatever happened to the line of storms which was supposed to come through Sat night? I was visiting family in PA from Thursday through today. I was expecting to come home and see some rain recorded in my electronic rain guage, but it registered zilch. Anybody know what happened? A complete fail, as expected.

MarvelMountain
Down to 33 degrees again this morning. Heavy frost on the car and metal roof. Nothing on the flora and fauna. Topped out at 69 this afternoon. I think that does it for the cold weather until October.

calculus1
My Vantage Vue registered 92 yesterday. That may have been somewhat sun-influenced, even though it does have the radiation shields.
Isopycnic
My Vantage Vue registered 92 yesterday. That may have been somewhat sun-influenced, even though it does have the radiation shields. My vantage vue ISS always reads higher in the sun,. The radiation shields are too small compared to the Pro2 ISS.

Solak
A little more than half way through the month, and only .56" collected so far here in Clayton. Water hoses, misters and drip lines are getting an early workout this year.

I just now planted my garden due to it being to wet to till. We are at 32" for the year already and I think I only got 40" for all of last year. Its the same here, hoping this pattern works out and we get some decent coverage of afternoon storms, get under a few of them this weekend will help out at least on local levels. downeastnc
PGV hit 90 at 4:35 this afternoon for the first time this year, was kinda hoping to make it to June, this location records a observation every 20 mins and it only hit that high for one ob. metalicwx366
Hit 91 today. Ready for the daily thunderstorms beginning tomorrow. Storms in the forecast each day along with temps in the lower 90s to upper 80s.

downeastnc
Ended up with almost 1.5" out of this slow moving storm, it was a nice treat but pretty localized, however it looks like some midday sun is on tap so maybe we can get some more, many places here in eastern NC are starting to get pretty far behind in rainfall for the year. jburns
i got my grass mowed. Does that count as an ob? I checked the radar this morning and saw storms to the east, storms to the west, all moving rapidly NNE with a nice dry slot between them over me. Just finished mowing and the radar actually looks clearer than it did this morning. I'm still expecting it to pick up later.
WxJordan
.32 in the bucket in eastern Burke County. 70° right now with mostly cloudy skies. Will be interesting to see what (if any) showers and storms develops this afternoon and evening.

Tell me about it. The city fathers in Wilson seem to have installed some rain deflection device without telling us. Twice within a 14 hour period we were grazed by heavy cells just a few miles away. The first two were towards the west, this one to the east. Can't be any worse than these storms just sitting there taunting us down here. Wish it would just drift N and hit us and knock out these 90 degree temps.
downeastnc
While out for dinner I got caught up in the best storm I have seen in a while heavy rain, gust to 35-40 and pea to nickel size hail......
