Damage In Tolland
Floods are actually somewhat dangerous in portions of SNE...whereas droughts are not. It might mean you actually have to look at a few brown spots on your lawn or bother to water more frequently, but we don't get life altering droughts around here. Floods are a different story. We'll agree to disagree. Wrong thread

CT Rain
It's funny what Steve hypes. He gets excited about rain events where the Pawcatuck comes 2 feet above flood stage that no one cares about, yet when we have region wide dry/ burgeoning droughts that effect flora, wildlife, irrigation, agriculture and homeowners he acts like everything is fine. You're ridiculous

free_man
Since the warm and very dry weather has been established, the debbie-downer winter warlocks (or otherwise) have been in full force with anti-drought talk. WHO CARES! That is simply epic and historic... it's May 3rd and snow is falling in Arkansas, Missouri, Iowa, Minnesota, & Wisconsin. All-time records dating back to the 1800's are falling like crazy... can't compare that to a few inch rain deficit lol (and for the record, I love this warm sunny weather)

WHO CARES! why would you even say that about Gene one of the longest running members with an excellent reputation and always adds content. He was not involved in any of this. There is a drought thread to salivate over. Pretty bad post dude.Discussing truly historical weather in a banter thread seems pretty innocuous. Your attitude has really been off lately, scooter has been talking about this snow as have many others.......you love to kid around and bust peoples balls on a daily basis, please give me a ****ing break. IF you think I was personally attacking GENE then you have major issues.
