Where do I find charts of temperatures by location?

I've seen people post these charts here in the past, but I can't seem to find any examples at the moment.

 

What I am looking for is a website (NCDC?) that will allow me to select a location, and then a time period, and then a series of years. Basically I am looking for a chart that shows changes year to year at specified month and location.

 

Like I said, I've seen people post these here before, but I can't figure out how it was done. Could anyone point me in the right direction?

NCDC has them for the US, regions of the U.S. and states.
