So its not bad..winds have let up a little, but it is hot working out there in the sun...put some metal siding up on a shed (the galvanized panels)...and its a little warm. I bought a time lapse camera and should have a nice video of the leaf out/flowering of some of my trees..if it works the way i think it will. Oh well, getting closer to summer "board hibernation" time. I wonder if we can read anything into this in terms of what it means for summer... in particular, the chances for 100 degree days. Almost made it to May without any 80s. Based on the list you posted, 1999 didn't have an 80 degree day until May 4 and we had a 100 degree day that summer so obviously there are no absolutes.
