It's not hard at all. There's data all over the place. Will gave you one site.

WRCC seems to have almost everything that is not daily data...though they will give daily means. Utah state is def the best for daily data but the new design is a bit annoying to get used to.

This is a winter-like air mass for the moment.  Saturating this air mass would yield a sub-freezing air temperature at a lot of sites.  Quite objectively it is fair to say that the only reason if felt comparatively spring-like this afternoon was for enduring light wind under 100% sunshine.

Some places already dipped 7F in the last hour, and a frost/freeze is imminent for the overnight, particularly in suburbia and rural areas that decouple under calm wind and superb radiational cooling condition.

Still questionable whether that coastal wave will clip the region.  Weather druthers aside ... we need that rain, though the region isn't desperate either.

The flow is losing amplitude into the middle and extended ranges.  There are pretty clear hints of the polarward migration interval of the westerlies, and a general relaxation of gradients below 50N about to kick in.  This may not have prolonged warm departures ... in fact, it appears more transitory in nature, with oscillations, cool and warm, modulating around normal.

We froze our tushies off camping.on the.slopes of Mt. Monadnock last night and today.

We used to camp/canoe in NNE in wx like this. Honestly, this is the best time. Once those skitters and flies come out...the fun is totally gone.

Out on an extra sweatshirt, sleeping bag approved for 0F or below, and start a fire with accelerants and you are all set.

There were no bugs which was cool..I also watched a bald eagle pull a fish out of the lake we were on.

Prob got to low 20s...not too bad. But it was still 41F when we got back in the car.

I mean I know it's a little cool, but Lord are bugs and humidity awful. I love crisp weather when

Camping, but strictly speaking for adults. The kiddies may not agree lol.

That's a beautiful 8-10d for the Tri State area while NNE basks in 60s to near 70. lol

At least this weekend is looking decent. Tomorrow is increasingly going into the crapper.

I'm actually going to be up at the lake for a wedding at Church landing in Meredith so glad to see it looks decent.
