the confusing thing to me is why it didnt track knee replacements or surgery's but hip replacements in runners, unless im missing something. In my experience running catches up to most folks knees by their 50's.

Why aren't you staying over in PVD?

I thought about it. But it's only about a 50 min drive for me. And I've got a softball game to coach Sat evening . Just seemed better to sleep home and leave super early. My only fear is the leg cramps I tend to get afterwards can be excruciating . And driving doesn't mix . Hopefully the cramps are easier this time

Wow, how fast do you drive?  lol

As for the leg cramps, do you drink a lot of high K fluids like coconut water to make sure you get enough potassium?

Ugh, that sucks. Still great you finished... not many people can do that.

Yeah I guess but very disappointed in myself. I was running 7:15-7:25 miles the first 13. May have started too fast. It was so humid. I mean I don't know what dews were there but they had to have been in low 60's at least.. I started to overheat and felt nauseous and dizzy. Was just dripping sweat.. I had to back off big time. Then my right calf started cramping mile 20. The last 6.2 miles were brutal, wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. Normally I enjoy running and get sad when it ends but today I could not wait to finish. I love high dews but the one day I didn't need them we had them. If I hadn't throttled back I would have collapsed without a doubt
