MIDDLE TENNESSEE  

 

EFFECTIVE THIS THURSDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING FROM 1235 PM UNTIL  

700 PM CDT.  

 

HAIL TO 1 INCH IN DIAMETER...THUNDERSTORM WIND GUSTS TO 70  

MPH...AND DANGEROUS LIGHTNING ARE POSSIBLE IN THESE AREAS.

Since at least west central Kemper County. 

 

While the warnings have been continuous, I highly doubt there was a continuous tornado path.  The meso definitely cycled a few times, with the region of strongest circulation shifting from the SW corner to the NE corner from one scan to the next.  Could be a tornado family.

While that's a maybe, we don't know that for a fact so I just went with the more significant circulation path. Let JAN split the hairs on that.
