April 5-7 Northern Plains Snow Possibility

The models have been showing the possibility of some accumulating snow for North Dakota into MN starting later Friday and into this weekend.  Exact placement of the snow band is too early to say but the potential is there for something.  Discuss.

Light snow has commenced in Duluth.  Light dusting on the ground so far.

Had about a half inch here earlier.

Next week midweek looks interesting via gfs/ggem for up this way...could be some nice snows somewhere. The euro seems too far south with the cold air & L placement but again that model has been terrible most of the snow season around here.
