TalcottWx
Nice areas of fronto on spc over baltimore and other points where pop up showers have been firing off from that phl line's outflow. Maybe we see some overrunning rains for baltimore if the western severe warned line manages to stay organized?

wxmeddler
We don't have a min in the 70s in april on record..record for month is 69 I was looking at that too earlier, but then I figured that the backdoor cold front will get us before midnight. That 69 record is an old one too (1896).

WinterWxLuvr
Looks like they don't let snow cancel school in Minneapolis. That snow would have shut down the counties around here for a week.

MN Transplant
1/2 mi viz...0.25" liquid last 2 hours The NWS had my brother in the 8-11" zone as of last night. He has 2" and the back edge is just about on him (a little south of MSP). However, he does have thunder, so that's something. edit - actually, the NAM might end up not as bad, it was the GFS that was spitting out well over an inch snow qpf up there

snowfan
WCs currently in the -10s pushing -20 on the summits in the whites in NNE this morning. Can't imagine what it would be like living in a place that never sees a high temp above the low-mid 70s throughout the year and has maybe a 2-3 months during the year without the threat of snow.
