Now .1 to .25 is the highest. EDIT: I've only had 2.04" for the month so it will have to lay down some rain to reach normal. All of a sudden Raleigh jumps. Tonight Rain. Low around 56. Southeast wind 6 to 9 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. New precipitation amounts between three quarters and one inch possible. All the heavy winter rains seem to have left the building along with Elvis. I sure hope the next week or so assuages my fears, because the drought angst is building.
