Went to the Crawdads Baseball game for a school field trip...random thunderstorm pops up games gets cancelled after buying my hotdog/drink. Water was gushing down the stands. Never been back won't go back.

How could the countries best forecaster not know it was going to rain in 10 minutes?

Obviously someone doesnt know their grammar rules. But old age does that though.

#April fools about the second part.

lol  Sad.  I hope you were kidding.  But on the chance you were not;

Who's

Who's is a contraction of who is or, less commonly, who has.

Who's watching TV?

Do you know who's going to speak?

Who's ready to go?

Who's in the kitchen?

Who's this?

Who's already eaten?

Whose

Whose is the possessive of who or, somewhat controversially, which.

Whose book is this?

Do you know whose car this is?

I know a woman whose kids study there.

Whose side are you on?

An idea whose time has come.

The Bottom Line

The trouble here is due to the apostrophe, which on 99% of English words indicates possession, but on this one simply indicates a contraction. If you can replace the word withwho is or who has, use who's. If not, use whose.

I think the heat has gotten to metal already, he seems a little confused.

I'm crazy because I didn't get my rain today. Not a drop. Models played an April fools joke along with the NWS. Usually there are numerous showers and thunderstorms in the vicinity when we have a 70% chance and the models showed it. I'll be chill on Thursday or whenever it rains again.
