I'm at my apartment so no bank clock now.  Probably in the upper 50s and heading towards the 60s if the sun can stay out.

 

nice...  hows the forecast/temps look for the cubs game tonight?  Could sneak in a good Old Style sales night at Wrigley if temps can be in the 50's or 60's.   Tomorrow nights game looks brutal and that's not counting the product on the field.

Yeah tonight will be ok...probably low 50s upper 40s as another cloud deck is moving in but low 50s isn't bad for April at Wrigley.

Yeah they lucked out with a nice night game scheduled.  Tomorrow looks dicked all together.

 

3rd round of tropical downpours and 30's temps..  should tickle 2" for the day with this stuff.

the way things are looking upstream, you should have a rocking overnight.  When things finally do warm up it's going to be lush.

WATCHES/WARNINGS IN EFFECT FOR SOUTHERN ONTARIO...

 

WINTER STORM WATCH FOR:

=NEW= CITY OF TORONTO

=NEW= CITY OF HAMILTON

=NEW= HALTON - PEEL

=NEW= YORK - DURHAM

=NEW= HURON - PERTH

=NEW= WATERLOO - WELLINGTON

=NEW= DUFFERIN - INNISFIL.

      ICE PELLETS AND FREEZING RAIN LIKELY THURSDAY.

      A SERIES OF LOW PRESSURE SYSTEMS WILL GIVE PERIODS OF RAIN TO

      THE REGIONS INTO WEDNESDAY NIGHT.  ON THURSDAY, A STRONGER LOW

      WILL ARRIVE FROM THE SOUTHWEST AND COMBINE WITH A COLDER

      AIRMASS FROM THE NORTH.  AS A RESULT RAIN IS EXPECTED TO CHANGE

      TO ICE PELLETS AND FREEZING RAIN THURSDAY MORNING.  THE ICE

      PELLETS AND FREEZING RAIN ARE EXPECTED TO PERSIST THROUGH

Winter storm watch in effect for Toronto.

 

I'm skeptical as to whether we're going to be able to accrete ice during the day Thursday, given the sun angle at this time of year. We'd have to be well below freezing for the glaze to really build up. But if the ice does manage to stick, oh boy, that's a lot of QPF as ZR.
