I was expecting strong wind today, but it only briefly went above a solid breeze here in the city. A weatherbug station at a local school only gusted to 27 mph. Have attended the show in person in earlier years. Good presentations on Sandy by Dr. Uccellini and from Russ Schneider, the Director of the Storm Prediction Center especially. Had two rounds of hail move through. Second one had some pennies and nickels mixed in. First real sound of thunder this spring, so that was nice. Picked up 0.42" of rain. Thanks. Should have plenty more rain for all of us in the next several days. Can't chase this early week severe outbreak due to crap going on at work next week, so hopefully tonight's storms keep me satisfied for awhile lol.
