As much as I love the gray skies in late Fall and throughout winter, Im a sucker for a blue sky day at times. Very bright but chilly today What's that brownish stuff on the ground? Can see dark skies to the northwest... shouldn't stick around very long at the speed its moving. GFS doesn't much heavy rain here this weekend, but to the north it could be a different story. Yeah I'm thinking with some of the warmer/more humid nights ahead that should really make the grass take off. Got the ol' mower all ready to go. Oil changed, sharpened blades, and new air filter. Now just need to go out and pick up the 10000 sticks and branches that came down over the winter and do some burning. Up to 57 now here. Not a cloud in the sky. Got a pile of green branches that broke off in the 2/27 snowstorm that have to be burned. Up to 56° now. Not sure about 60° today. ...morning was probably too cold to allow for that. I was referrimg to the various model solutions of what is POSSIBLE and referencing the diacussion to explain why the forecast was showers and 50s every day.
