Looks about the same maybe less here. Very pretty outside, just like I envisioned it would be. Yay us

DDweatherman
Wonder when was the last winter some of us 60% of our total snowfall in March? 2008-2009 March 2 was something along those lines Yoda.

mattie g
If I end up with 4" (and I think I'm almost there at home right now), it'll be the same as my March 6 total. Weird, because this seems a lot better - probably a lot to do with the fact that I didn't really even track this storm.
ravensrule
3.9" to be exact, just measured in 5 spots. I cannot believe I slept through our biggest storm in over 2 years . WX1man I should have listened to you and pulled an all nighter.

DDweatherman
Snow really heavy south of Baltimore into the city. 3 inches+ for many in that area. The radar presentation is impressive concerning the pivot. Heavy bands should continue to hit BWI and NE in the next 4-5 hours. 5-6 totals could be found on grassy surfaces before the coastal pulls the deform zone further NE. For locales such as Linthicum to Dundalk to Essex and Towson up to Kingsville (and around that radius as well) 4-7" is a good estimate for final totals. Sensational rates via radar there at the moment.
ravensrule
the torch is on, right on schedule. drip drip. Don't have that here yet, although im sure I am only an hour behind you. NWS just put me in a WWA a few hours ago for 1-3" and I already have 4", they have had a rough winter. As hard as this is to say all hail DT he nailed this one big time. If that does not work at least I can sled. Thanks for all your input.
