Chicago WX
Thundersnow reported southwest of LAF per Chad Evans. I saw that. That would be a nice cherry on top... Oh yeah, congrats to us I guess.
hawkeye_wx
Just went out to measure again and clear the snowboard. The 0.7" of fluff on the board early this afternoon became 0.3" of slop. This time of year even my white-painted snowboards absorb the sun's radiation too well and are worthless during the midday hours. I have about 2 inches on the grass. We may get another quarter inch or so.

Sidewinder
Anyone with lightning data that can check south of Indy, just sounded like we had 3 or 4 strikes We have heavy snow and whiteout conditions finally. Maybe 1-1.5" on the ground.

Sure. But need the dry slot to the southwest to fill in though.

Maybe 1-1.5" on the ground. Nice photos. And congrats on joining the heavy snow party. Kinda surprising, but even under "not great" returns here at the moment, it's still pouring snow. Fickle Heights
Nice photos. And congrats on joining the heavy snow party. Kinda surprising, but even under "not great" returns here at the moment, it's still pouring snow. Getting tingly... I was just getting ready to post something similar. I was expecting a drop off in flake size, but it's still coming down great. Streetlights kicking on now.
Indystorm
Congrats to LAF crew. You've earned it. Better late than never to have a storm like this in both met and astronomical spring and probably end up with a total greater than any single storm total I had up here in Michiana this season. Chicago WX
Same boring shot, but just to give an idea of how it's still coming down here. If I'm having trouble seeing the trees, or buildings, in the distance, it's ++SN.

*IndyMeso*
Going off of RTV6, they just measured 2 inches in Indy. Still coming down but definitely not like LAF. Congrats to them!

Yeah, we both have our +SN sight lines...only opposite sides. This is definitely the heaviest I've seen this season, and we had some good rates during the March 5-6 storm. cyclone77
Nice pics everyone. 1.4" of snow here in the last 2 hours or so. May not seem like much but after battling melting all day with several meltoff cycles I'll consider it a win. Total up to 2.3" for the storm. wxman_ind
Good snow here, but dry slot is knocking on my door. I love these snowstorms where the snow won't last long afterward, so I'm hoping for more.

Chicago WX
If it keeps up like this all night... ...lol, buried. Dry slot to the south getting closer. Have to stave that off somehow, or make it a very short duration visit.
