Baldwin was really bad and that's where I was at this morning. I took a video with my phone of a parking lot that basically looked like a river running through it. I had to drive my wife in for a surgery at Magee (all went well, currently sitting in the waiting room hoping she will get discharged today). Fortunately we left early anticipating congestion due to rush hour but things were really slow. We didn't hit any major flooding fortunately. Nurses were running around talking about their homes being flooded and that power was all out all over. Could be round 2 this afternoon and evening...
