So much for a white Christmas.  If it's in the 50s or 60s on the day, I'm just not a fan of that, tbh.  Not what I consider "Christmas" weather.

Anyone have an idea as to when we may get some more favorable teleconnections? Right now nothing is on our side; +NAO, -PNA, +AO.  Rubbish.  Is this warmup prolonged or just a respite before winter comes back? I have a funny feeling with the unusually wintry December, one of January or February is going to be warm and not-so snowy.

Also I can't find a link for the EPO projections - anyone have one?

Dont give up hope on the white christmas. These models are not sure how fast the front comes into the area.

It's going to be a close call. I would tend to favor wet vs frozen at this point, we will likely just be debating how cold the rain will be. Todays runs would certainly imply high odds of a brown Christmas this year.
