That is pretty amazing given that most of the DC/Balt areas will be in the single digits. I see the latest LWX generated snow map has MontCo in the <1" area. 0" is a good call. Mean does get to about 5" before 12z tomorrow ... likely a little high IMO. 2 or 3 inches could certainly be in the cards by 12z I would think.
