Mean does get to about 5" before 12z tomorrow ... likely a little high IMO. 2 or 3 inches could certainly be in the cards by 12z I would think. I was all psyched to see some street stickage and then I looked up the location and it was 2350' True. You have to know the geography of I81. I can give elevations with any more pics.
