The Euro isn't markedly better, but it was a step towards the rest of the guidance. The Euro doesn't make big jumps, and its probably still right to some extent. The streak may be broken at DCA though, I am gaining confidence in it.

My guess for DCA is currently 0.2"

Like I said, some random dude in Delaware or on the Eastern Shore of Maryland at sea level will get a legit snowstorm out of this, so it is possible. Just not around these cursed lands. Check the Philly thread during the storm and you'll see it for yourself.
I hope to be that dude....

Looking good out here in WV at 1750'...

... Winter Storm Warning in effect from 2 PM this afternoon to
6 PM EDT Monday...

The National Weather Service in Baltimore MD/Washington has
issued a Winter Storm Warning for snow... which is in effect from 2 PM
this afternoon to 6 PM EDT Monday. The Winter Storm Watch is no
longer in effect.

* Precipitation type... snow.

Accumulations... 6 to 8 inches above 1500 feet. 4 to 6 inches
elsewhere.

* Timing... snow will develop during the early to mid afternoon
hours today... and continue through Monday. The heaviest snow is
expected overnight into Monday morning.

* Temperatures... upper 30s to middle 40s this afternoon... cooling
into the mid and upper 20s tonight... rising into the lower and
middle 30s Monday.

* Winds... northeast 5 to 10 mph becoming northwest Monday.

* Impacts... roads will become snow covered and slippery... making
travel difficult during this time. The worst conditions are
expected late tonight through Monday morning. Heavy wet snow
accumulation on trees and power lines could cause scattered
power outages.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Storm Warning means significant amounts of snow are
expected. This will make travel very hazardous or impossible.

A most encouraging trend to see Sunday morning is with surface temperatures.

Saturday high of 50.

Down to 44 by 7pm

Down to 37 by 11pm.

Woke up Sunday morning with 6am temp 27.5, EVEN with a thin veil of clouds overhead.  That kind of temperature drop doesn't happen a lot once clouds roll in.  Thank-you CAD!

But sun will likely burn thru the thin cloud veil and get temps into the 40s before thicker clouds arrive,
