So the Euro and GFS have come into pretty good agreement on an inverted trough setting up over the area with the best chances for snow over E/ CT/ E MA/ RI/ and CC.  Looks like a 1-3" type setup but with these inverted setups the potential does exist for some narrow bands of heavier precip given the instability of these.   Discuss.
