BOS just came in with 7.0" at 1pm...that puts them at 20.1" for the month. That makes it the first March of over 20" of snow since 1993. You have to go all the way back to March 1967 to find another 20" March at Logan Airport. In fact, its only the 8th March on record going back to the late 1800s that Boston has recorded over 20" in March.

 

They might not be done after this event either.

scooter i went back 3 pages, but didn't see much diso.....what are your thoughts for 128 belt area .....as this batch expands and slides thru mid afternoon. i  would think huge flakes and maybe some dynamic cooling?

 

Could be a quick 2"  from Newton north to Peabody perhaps. Not sure about BOS...marine tainted by maybe c-1"?
