I would say one the secondary gets up this way some time after 18Z, I am surprised your that warm

 

The east sides of the pine trees are plastered with wet snow - now 35.3 degrees.  I am about 200 feet from Casco Bay, so I am definitely on the bubble here.  Looks like another few hours before a northerly shift.

Might be tough if you are that close to waters edge

Probably not getting 12-16 according to latest GYX:

 

LATEST GFS AND NAM ARE INDICATINGSHADOWING IN THE CT RIVER VALLEY...SO STORM SNOWFALL TOTALS WILLBE LESS THAN WHAT IS CURRENTLY FORECASTED. 

 

Glad a i am not in the CT river valley seeing that's where they are referring to the cut in qpf
