Decent ratios, but not much "liquid" here yet. 4.4" new and 0.30" w.e.

Temp is 26.9F. Snow growth is fairly poor right now, but there are still some larger crystals mixing in. After being down around 1/3-1/2SM overnight, the vis is back up around 1SM now.

It's getting to 32 now and warming aloft so the end is near.

Hold on as long as you can.  Ripping big flakes--just took my first measurement and in fact it is 5".  A bit more than I had guessed.  The forecast for the overnight here was 4-8".  So, I guess I hit that (when does the "overnight" end??).  Daytime forecast is for 4-8 and 1-2 for tonight.

I can't. And now wife may have to after coming back one day. We never knew the lady cancels if the town cancels.

Pretty standard for daycares but it took me till having a kid where it snows to figure it out, Crushed pretty well ovrnight, Daughters alarm blaring and I happily informed her no school. Can we end up with 10-12? Solid 8+ now.

Not sure the EC's grinning too widely.  Didn't it still have this as snow by Kevin?

The rates/flakes for the past hour have been awesome--feathers really are piling on the totals as we try to play catch up with you guys out east.

No it had him sleeting by now.
