earthlight Posted March 18, 2013 Share Posted March 18, 2013 The high resolution models are insistent that these heavier echoes moving through NJ will cool the column essentially for 3-6 hours to support snow. This is essentially important in the EWR-LGA corridor. The RGEM is colder with the new 18z run and has 10-15mm of snow in the area which could be an advisory level snowfall. We will see.
