anthonyweather
The other day when we had 1.1 inches of snow ..that was moderate snow at times with big flakes and it did not stick on anything but the grass and it had a hard time at doing that and it was gone the next morning...Temperatures were about the same then as they are now ..and we have an east wind..and that fell at night time as well . Problem is the ground is warmer from the warm weather that we had .. which is one reason why i think it will have a difficult time accumulating... March sun angle is a killer . 1) suns not out. LOL 2) it's been well below freezing the past few nights. 3) Saturdays event started in the morning, this will start right before it gets dark. 4) temps are around freezing in the Lehigh valley. 5) road surface temps are between 32 and 34, Saturday they were between 37 and 39. 6) all the salt has been washed off the road. 7) heavy precip in a short period of time Moral: it will stick to everything.
