Seems to me that the forcing that will ( maybe) force our precip is currently in western Ky. Is that the correct idea? Anybody know?

 

You got it. Keep an eye on vorticity, that is our main lifting mechanism. Everything else is crap.. rising heights, high pressure axis, no divergence or difluence.

Roger Ramjet's snow + elevation FTW.

 

I expect a car top coating by 7am tomorrow morning. Boundary layer issues, lot of rainfall, STRONG March sun, and I am only seventy feet above the beautiful blue Atlantic Ocean. Almost forgot - FEROCIOUS mild ground. This aint January.

 

You want snow you better have elevation.
