Cold Miser
I'll take my 2" or so that the NWS gives me and be happy that March is still a winter month this year. Mid-March snow is good snow.

moneypitmike
SREF plumes seem like that are doing what the NAM has been doing. Warm tongue holds down totals. I think it may be aggressive with that..but they have been consistent. What's that plumes link again? Thanks.
CoastalWx
Also a while back I mentioned about possibly getting some sort of East Coast bomb with all this crazy baroclinicity around...it may happen next week somewhere over the East Coast. TalcottWx
Heard it's gonna snow. Had a busy weekend. Haven't read anything into this. Let me guess ; its March in Boston. Cold harbor helps us this time of year. Boston's probably a tough call, could stay snowier or even mix more. BL question marks. Probably an east wind etc. Don and jerry probably beat me and scott by several inches.

Was thinking 4-7 or so here, but we'll see what the euro says shortly. Am a little concerned dryslot races in and shuts down precip until the aftn when we see a mix ending as brief snow here I think. At the same time, if this deepens more.we may have more snow than first thought. So with those options..I think that range is reasonable here. I always hedge negatively by a few when we play with the east wind. Given I only tracked the blizzard, I'm not sure where to put the seasonal trend into my forecast. As usual early late season, put a big asterisk anywhere with elevation and increase their totals. I guess 3-6" for BOS would be fair at this point. What would be the high end bust for us in your opinion?
Damage In Tolland
RPM has done very well this winter. It's nailed max areas of snow in countless storms. At times it's high numbers have verified. I wouldn't toss those amounts at all
