RU848789 Posted March 16, 2013 Share Posted March 16, 2013 Just started lightening up here in Metuchen - grass/trees/cars all whitening up, as we've gotten about 1/4" in the last 25 minutes or so. Not accumulating on asphalt, still, and I don't expect that to change, unless this moderate-to-heavy snow gets even heavier, as temps are 34-36F in most places and the indirect sunlight is playing a role. NWS has upped its predictions to as much as an inch on colder surfaces in most of Central/North Jersey, with winter weather advisories just posted for Sussex County and the Poconos for 2-4" - up there, there could be some slick spots on the roads. http://www.erh.noaa.gov/er/phi/ Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
