My whole subdivision during clear calm nights drains down to the low spot, which is my garden in my backyard. ROA departure is -4.7 with an average temp of 44.9*.. 41.7* for the average IMBY. Ready for the next storm which will get MBY above average for the season. It has been a good winter season out here.
