H2Otown_WX
kinda meh here so far. Guessing around an inch this evening maybe a pube more. Yeah slow start here too. I'm hoping things pick up as the 500 mb s/w zips south of us later tonight and tomorrow morning.
mcberger50
Pouring big flakes in Gardner for a while now. Starting to lighten up now. No real good place to measure but looks to be at least 6" out there now. It's nights like this I love the drive home from Fitchburg. The extra couple hundred feet of elevation really makes a difference.
SR Airglow
GFS is still weird in CT, after the RGEM went up, the GFS is now the dry outlier by a significant margin here. inclined to toss it, it hasn't had a clue the entire storm. -skisheep

Take any model verbatim, and you're gonna be wrong a lot of the time.

HIPPYVALLEY
Radar looks cool. Some sort of convergence happening over the north shore. Fast moving high db band coming west to catch the slower stuff. Wow is is hauling azz. Greenfield Chris should be ok now. MPM is cryng for his shawl from somewhere in Iowa Yeah, snow just started here after a long dry spell. Cooled just below thirty so nice dry snow falling atm.. Third coating of the day but pavement covered now just need to rip a little harder. The heavier echoes moving in from the NE is right on my doorstep. Talked to friends in Colrain @ 800' and they only have 1.5" on the day so I would imagine MPM house isn't much different. Now that it's finally snowing and sticking here we need to make up some ground. lol Snow is coming straight down with light gusts but I can hear the wind howling up above. free_man
It does look as though the band rotating in quickly from east to west, is sort of diminishing the sucker hole.
weathafella
I just walked the dog and snow is ramping up and in the quiet streets we're up to 5-6 inches. I'm thinking a foot is possible given the guidance from the wee hours through mid morning and the cold temps modeled all the way to the surface by every piece of guidance. Close to an inch as it came through. Should be to you soon. About 3.75" here at 29fDidn't check radar first, looked a lot different now than it did before I went outside to check it out. weathafella
Uncle's full on now. Uncle and GFS flopped around until game time. NAM was being NAM.
