Light Rain on the immediate SW RI Coast Temp ticked down to 36.3 and held there but is now back up to 36.4 and the dewpoint is hovering between 32 and 33... This is the kind of snow that would accumulate nicely if it wasn't so warm, light but noticeable, probably less than a half inch per hour if it were colder. Radar is very close to bringing the stuff off the coast into the area though. Very light precip here in Astoria, ground is dry though.
