snywx
Yeah we always seem to do well here. Plus i have a little elevation which helps as well. Looks great out there. How you making out up by you? Eastern Orange County always benefits from its elevation and longitude. Lived in Highland Mills for 8 yrs so I know first hand. Probably averaged 5-7" more than I do now. Im closing in on 4" here with Mod snow.. Not bad hopefully I hit 6"
Dsnowx53
Euro has definitely gotten a bit wetter and has extended its precip shield further SW from previous runs. Of course, 00z was 7 p.m. and it's almost 06z now.
WeatherX
2" new here. Radar is a thing of beauty (and radar doesn't lie).

Dsnowx53
Euro actually has 0.5"+ for NYC and east and north, through 24 hours. But that includes the precip from 00z through 06z. So, take away about a tenth or so for its additional QPF.
WEATHER53
R U guys getting hammered again? With the storm we were supposed to get?? I got a miracle micro squall between 7-8am so ended up with 3" and within 2 miles of me no accumulation.

This one is a refreshing little storm! Long duration light to mod snow...gonna head to bed now as it seems we'll be in a bit of a low for the next several hours as per radar and models....but the period between 6am and 11am looks like it could add 1-3". SnoSki14
This band has been sitting over middlesex cty and my area in old bridge is getting close to an inch on grassy surfaces. It's unfortunate it couldn't be a bit colder, though still ticking down. Now at 32.

It does look to be getting lighter just NE of here but should see continued steady snow all night and into morning.
