dukeblue219
Just noticed the flakes in Silver Spring... very light... but never saw any rain. My thermometer says 36.7 but that's only a few inches from my outside wall.
joelhousman
Light rain, very light snow mix in Cameron Station, Alexandria by the 395/495 interchange. Temperature on my cheap weather station says 42.6 degrees. Not sure how accurate that temp is.
mattskiva
Pouring snow in Aldie/Catharpin (far southeast Loudoun). Heaviest snow I have seen in a long time, can barely make out the light post 15 feet in front of the house. About 1.5" on elevated surfaces, nothing sticking to pavement yet, grass is white but not yet covered.
Jebman
Half inch of snow on the grass. 32 degrees. Steady mod snow. Roads still wet, but nearby road surface on a hill shows signs of trying to turn white.

Stormpc
Absolutely no wind now. Just light snow. Nice to add a little base before it rips here after 3am. About .5in on hard non-paved surfaces and grass now. Looks great to the eye. My sidewalk starting to glaze over so the next heavy/mod band will do the roads in. We deserve this. Finally!
