Scarlet Pimpernel
I sure hope that person last night from NC (?) doesn't wander back in here to gloat and say "told ya so!" Yeesh. Occasional bursts of fat flakes here, pretty windy/gusty, but probably not much more than an inch on grass/cars/rooftops here in Silver Spring. At least it looks kinda pretty. mimillman
I'm sorry guys. This reminds me of a storm in late February that was continuously progged to dump 6-10" of snow in Chicago. We ended up getting an inch of slop. Hope it changes over for ya'll soon.
Scarlet Pimpernel
At this rate, this might be "The Storm Which Should Not Be Named 2". I'll hold out some optimism for some good bands as the afternoon and evening progress, but that's taking some effort.

sonickteam
I cant believe that DT guy was such a jerk on his FB page, then publicly apologized for "busting" before the storm even hit and is now gloating about how his forecast was right he may be a good meterologist but he can't spell and he's very unprofessional. Ian
Seriously, we went from still questioning everything, then 10 minutes later TWC posts there RPM and NWS goes nuts there was definitely a crazed atmosphere for a while there.. short range models went nuts, nam followed.. gfs pounded the area (but in a pretty small circle). no question imo everyone fed off eachother and reacted to eachother. everyone upped their totals within 30-60 min of one another. I've had significantly better car-toppers this year alone. No offense, but my half-inch of rapidly melting slush and cold rain isn't getting me amped.
