Looking forward to the innumerable freak outs as people wake up...

Got mine out of the way early. I'd be shocked if I end up with more than 5 inches IMBY. Can't complain, but after going to bed thinking we were set after last evenings model runs IS a bit disappointing. Oh well, I got a day off with the family out of it.

I haven't seen any evidence of rain mixing in since I got up, a little before 5am.  I would say for the folks on east side of B'more... it's just a matter of time before rain mixes out.

My ''eyeball'' guess is we're probably just under 2" OTG.

Wow...I don't even have 1".

I am not sure what is going on but you say less than 1", he says 2" and WBAL just said Columbia has 3" .

I can only laugh

Yup, pretty entertaining to say the least. But I don't care - Ive got my laptop set up to where I can look outside and I'm just gonna enjoy a day at home with the girl and "work" when I can :)

really picking up here now. Less rain mixing now (maybe none at all). The flakes have gotten larger too so I can actually see them. Maybe I told my boss the wrong decision. Maybe I'll go the bipolar route and now say I'm not coming. Still nothing on the road here (dead end street seldom used) or driveway, or walkway.

Getting good tho

Any good weenie spots north of baltimore? Just filled up my tank heading north.

Drive north to Shrewsbury just over the PA line. Park in the Wal Mart lot on top of the hill (to the left of 83 as you exit). Shrewsbury, New Freedom, Stewartstown all do very well in city marginal events like this. Shouldn't take you anymore than 25 minutes to get up there on 83 from Towson.

Got ya. I actually was up there in the fall looking at foliage. Thank you.
