Reston back/side streets snow covered, about 3" on grass/cars/etc, toll road messy, beltway in good shape though. College Park more like a dusting on grass/cars, mix rain/snow, more wet than snowy. I would say for the folks on east side of B'more... it's just a matter of time before rain mixes out. My ''eyeball'' guess is we're probably just under 2" OTG.
