clskinsfan
This will bust low. I'll bet anybody forecast with 2" qpf won't see anything over 1.95". Tough bet. Whoever is under the mega band will break 2" in my opinion. I hope to god its us.

Fozz
Is that the RPM or his actual forecast? If actual OMG. I believe that's his actual forecast You can watch the whole clip here http://www.wbaltv.com/weather/See-snow-timeline-FutureCast-snowstorm-images/-/9380898/19169570/-/avp8vq/-/index.html
ravensrule
The time period from 2003 to 2010 with college I didn't see more than a 6" snowstorm with my own 2 eyes. In some of Philly's recent storms NE Philly got screwjobbed compared to surrounding areas. I'm just catching up with it. Plus I absolutely, absolutely, absolutely prefer heavy wet snow compared to fluff. I am really looking forward to this one even more than the NE Blizzard for some reason. What do you think I end up with out here Ji? I'm not Ji but I think you get 20" there.
Kmlwx
I believe that's his actual forecast How I wish! Still not sure I break a foot within a few miles of me. Even Bob I still think probably in the 5-9 range.
ravensrule
I believe that's his actual forecast I think so as well, I was watching the segment on TV live and he did not say anything about the RPM when he showed the totals. He even said verbally the suburbs of Baltimore can get more than a foot.

attml
What are your thoughts for us folks right along the bay like Annapolis /Severna Park /Arnold? As the bay water temps are still cold we have already dropped down to 42 degrees now that the sun has gone down. Hoping it continues to drop off quickly! Would love to hear opinions for areas along the bay. Thanks!
snowfan
Now I'm thinking parts of norther AA and PG counties bust on the high side. 2-4 seems too low.

Fozz
Yea for him he is really bullish, he is usually very conservative. He's usually reasonable but he'll get aggressive when he's really confident and usually it works out in the end.

ravensrule
Mike Seidel on NBC news just had Baltimore in the 8-12" range but had most of DC proper in the 3-5" except in the area where Randy and Ian live. How do you have a 3-5" contour and then have right next to it 8-12"?. Don't worry Bob you were clearly in the 8-12"

I just posted about that above, but the 3-5" contour couldn't be more than 20 miles from the 12-18".

Scarlet Pimpernel
Well, here's hoping we can break our under 2" streak with a huge bang! I'd much rather blow it out of the water than just squeak by with a few slushy inches just over 2.
