I'm really more on the border with Baltimore county than in Carroll, and while my elevation isn't bad, I usually only see about half of what Westminster does. It's been so long since we had anything over 3" here that any snowfall above 5" (which would almost double my seasonal total here) will be an extra treat to me. Edit: And if you'll look at that HRRR panel right above me, that's what I mean with the little snowhole directly over my area amongst the heavier returns.
