ravensrule
Mike Seidel on NBC news just had Baltimore in the 8-12" range but had most of DC proper in the 3-5" except in the area where Randy and Ian live. How do you have a 3-5" contour and then have right next to it 8-12"?. Don't worry Bob you were clearly in the 8-12"

Scarlet Pimpernel
Well, here's hoping we can break our under 2" streak with a huge bang! I'd much rather blow it out of the water than just squeak by with a few slushy inches just over 2.

The 18Z NAM was pretty similar. If true, we may well wake up to 4-8" in the metro areas.

Sparky
I happen to have an electric snowblower. So as long as I keep power I'm good.
psuhoffman
pet peeve from broadcast maps... when they put out a snowfall map for their region but the map goes a little outside their veiwing area, and they get really sloppy around the edges. The map looks good in their zone but then goes to pot outside their viewing area. This is common from every broadcast met and it annoys the crap out of me. If you are forecasting for just a certain area, then dont have your map cover 100 miles outside it, but if your going to make a map for the entire state, make it accurate for the entire state. Ok rant over.
Snowpocalypse
Well, snowblower won't start due to lack of use. I guess I am shoveling this b**ch.you usually have a lot of insight into northeastern md winter storms, what's your gut on cecil county. None of the weenie maps look to good for here.
