It's why they jackpot so well with noreasters. great orogrpahic influence and 2-3 degrees colder during storm. Look at google's terrain map. pretty cool area. For 20 extra bucks we can do ian's block and dump it in yours. For Ian's block, a dump truck and front loader won't be much help.
