EasternUSWX
This run is huge, hopefully 0Z follows. The cut off is very strong over southern VA this run instead of central NC last run.

The first 48-54 hours of the gfs 12-18z were mostly identical. block shifted slightly after that and boom. Thank god HM said it can't go crazy north on us. Heisy
18z GFS moves the 50/50 type low more east allowing for a farther north solution.

usedtobe
1'+ into DC. err 8-12 So what are the boundary layer temps? Next we'll be worrying about it trending a little too far north. I don't think it can come too much farther north but I've been wrong before.
WinterWxLuvr
looks like winchester gets 2'.. congrats winterwxluvr Looks like congrats Ian too. Seriously, we all look for reasons to not believe models when they do this, but this is lock step with the NAM, DGEX, and srefs. Just a couple hours slower than the prior 2. It has to have some credibility. So does the north movement.
Bob Chill
This one is mostly all snow for everyone form the cities west. Nice 32 bubble to the west. Temps low 30's for most. Freezing line crashing in as precip lightens in later panels. holy god.
dtk
That had to feel good. Not really, it's a losing battle but that's okay. Now I'll have to recompile the model to go back to screwing DC at 00 UTC.
