Hoosier
EVV at 39 hrs, versus LAF at 51 hrs on the 12z run. May not still mean much for here... ...but going to be a Chicago crusher. This looks like a kitchen sink run for us. ZR to rain (maybe mixed with sleet?) and then snow.

Stevo6899
Always seems like when 3-4 days out, things start to trend north, then next day it goes back south.

This run might be a baby step in the right direction for us even though the final results are still pretty bad.

This run might be a baby step in the right direction for us even though the final results are still pretty bad. NAM looks too warm for the southern fringes of the snow band to me (parts of N IL and N IN). All things considered. But yeah, verbatim, the rain got a slight bit colder for us. Northern_IN_Wx
Initial call for my backyard over to Fort Wayne is 3-5". Low confidence given initial mix and model differences in track/thermal profiles. Would be the big one for the year!
Chicago WX
As said earlier i like where you all/N.IN is sitting vs here. Remember when you said we'd both get screwed? You to the south, us to the north. Yeah...good call.
wisconsinwx
DLL - put away the shovel! Another 10"+ storm coming up for you, this is starting to look like Milwaukee's February 1994 stretch for you. That month they had 4 storms in the region in a three week stretch dumping between 6 and 15" of snow each.
Hoosier
As said earlier i like where you all/N.IN is sitting vs here. Maybe the best ends up between us? One of us or both of us might end up being disappointed but I don't think it's possible for it to work out well for both locations.

BowMeHunter
Madison is buried....is it Groundhog Day? luxury of dry air not being blown up your fanny all the time. anywho. frsh air ice fishing and boozing the last two days has caught up with me and I can't stay awake.. nothing much to see up here to stay up for anyways I don't think.. euro will come in a little wetter and the rest will do w/e the hell.. in the end we'll be looking at 2-3 to maybe 6" if breaks right. Have fun tonight, y'all and GL for your areas.

One of us or both of us might end up being disappointed but I don't think it's possible for it to work out well for both locations. Latest trends ( back south again HERE ) say i am screwed. It probably will go right between us but if not i would favor your area over this. Having the euro so far south has been a red flag for me from get go. Yeah it has been off but not that far off ( would need a bit to bring this area into some decent snow on that model ) and still it is the euro.
