If they wanted to go conservative for the city-south I would go 3-6". And they should at least include the city in the 2-5 if they wanted to go this conservative. "Vodka cold is coming" etc, etc. Now he is hyping that "winter/arctic cold comes back the final week of March and lasts from the tail end of this month into April.
