snowman19
LC and JB think winter returns at the end of the month with cold and storminess with a +PNA/-EPO developing. What defines "cold" in their minds at the end of March/early April? Normal daytime highs are into the 50's by then
SnoSki14
What defines "cold" in their minds at the end of March/early April? Normal daytime highs are into the 50's by then It's relative to the time period. But if it's in the 30's when it's supposed to be in the 50's then it is considered cold or chilly. It can also be colder considering snow is still possible well into April.

snowman19
Bernie Rayno is convinced tonight's 0z runs will move south, thinks the cold high/confluence push behind the arctic front will shunt the precip field south and compress it. He thinks NYC itself and more so south of the city get the decent snow, basically thinks areas north of NYC get screwed FWIW.....
