Contest: February 25-March 2 Total Snowfall

Chicago WX

Recommended Posts

Looks like a relatively snowy week on tap for the sub-forum. Starts with the storm, and then looks like lighter snows will persist through possibly March 2 or 3...depends what model you want to believe. Have to cut the contest off at some point, so will go through the 2nd.

Pretty simple, give me your total snowfall for the sites below...for February 25 through March 2. Deadline is when I get up tomorrow morning. I'm usually an early riser though. :D

EDIT: gonna lower my amounts across the board. Have to lean lower due to the marginal temps, especially for the storm.

Wow at the bonus question, if you hit that it would fall right in the middle of 1st and current 2nd place for single snow storm totals for KC which would be the biggest storm there in over 100 years.  http://www.kshb.com/dpp/weather/winter/how-the--feb-21-2013-snowstorm-stacks-up-to-other-historical-kansas-city-snowstorms

I'm shooting for the stars. GooFuS and RGEM have 2.00"+ QPF, of course it's not all snow...but it just seems like this is their storm.

Downtown Toronto is going to get massacred by uhi/Lk Ontario/lack of latitude/lack of elevation. As it stands right now, half a foot there would astonish me. Nipher or not, the amounts people are posting are more likely at YYZ.

Thanks for the tip. I just always assume downtown will see more than the Nipher.
